INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup Apricots
- ½ cup DEGLET DATES
- 1/3 cup CASHEWS
- ¼ cup Flax Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Mint Sirup extract
STEPS
- Grind Apricots and Dates in a blender.
- Chop the Cashews and mix with Flax seeds and Apricot.
- Add the Sirup to the mixture and mix very well.
- Freeze for one hour, then cut.
