INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cup Apricots
  • ½ cup DEGLET DATES
  • 1/3 cup CASHEWS
  • ¼ cup Flax Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Mint Sirup extract

STEPS

  1. Grind Apricots and Dates in a blender.
  2. Chop the Cashews and mix with Flax seeds and Apricot.
  3. Add the Sirup to the mixture and mix very well.
  4. Freeze for one hour, then cut.
