- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
- 1 Cup ground Flax Seeds
- 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Measure and strategically place dry ingredients. Preheat your oven to 200°F. Pulse pumpkin seeds in a food processor one-two times.In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients.
Add water and stir together for a minute or so till you get a uniform thick batter.Place half the batter on a large piece of parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and roll (in different directions). Repeat with the other half.Cut the flattened batter into pieces.
Place the parchment sheets with the batter onto the wire racks and bake for 3 hours, rotating the racks ocassionally.
