Elsinore Oat Waffles

Morning Jewel.Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (Ground)
  • 1 Ripe Banana (with dark spots)
  • 1 Egg
  • ⅔ Cup Almond Milk
  • Red Crashed Pepper (optional)
  • Chia Seeds (optional)
  • Fennel (optional)
  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped Almonds
  • Honey
Instructions:
Pour 1 Cup of Ground Oats into a medium bowl.Add an Egg and optional condiments.
Pour some Olive Oil and mix everything well.Add a Banana.Mash everything very well.Add an Almond Milk.Mix everything very well till the mixture is smooth but not too liquidy – add more oat flour if needed.Grease and preheat your waffle maker.Pour about half of your batter into a waffle maker.In a few minutes your waffle will be ready.Compliment it with shredded Almonds and sliced Bananas.Or use Honey, Maple Sirup, Lingonberry Jam or other healthy spreads.Raw Honey works really well.Voila – enjoy your breakfast!
