- 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (Ground)
- 1 Ripe Banana (with dark spots)
- 1 Egg
- ⅔ Cup Almond Milk
- Red Crashed Pepper (optional)
- Chia Seeds (optional)
- Fennel (optional)
- Olive Oil
- Chopped Almonds
Pour some Olive Oil and mix everything well.
Add a Banana.
Mash everything very well.
Add an Almond Milk.
Mix everything very well till the mixture is smooth but not too liquidy – add more oat flour if needed.
Grease and preheat your waffle maker.
Pour about half of your batter into a waffle maker.
In a few minutes your waffle will be ready.
Compliment it with shredded Almonds and sliced Bananas.
Or use Honey, Maple Sirup, Lingonberry Jam or other healthy spreads.
Raw Honey works really well.
Voila – enjoy your breakfast!
