Morning Energy Boost.
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Mollases
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- ½ Cup Coconut Flour
- ¾ Cup Almond Milk
- Olive Oil
- Peanut Butter (topping)
- Chocolat Peanut Butter (topping)
Add Eggs, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Molasses, and Sea Salt and mix well..
Add Coconut Flower.
Mix it well till batter is uniform.
Slowly keep adding Almond Milk till the mixture reaches the right consistense.
Grease/preheat the waffle maker and pour in half of the batter. In a few minutes your waffle will be ready.
Top it with Chocolate Peanut Butter, Honey, or Peanut Butter.
