INGREDIENTS
- 10 MEDJOOL DATES
- 1 cup RAW CASHEWS
- ¼ cup Cacao Powder
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon VANILLA
STEPS
- Grind pitted Dates in a mortar and mix with dry ingredients
- Chop the Cashews and mix with Cacao Powder and Salt
- Add the vanilla and mix a bit more
- Press mixture down into a dish until it is a flat bar
- Freeze for two hours, then cut into squares
