Pistacotto
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Dried Apricots
- 1 tablespoon HONEY
- 1 teaspoon Orange Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Orange Zest
STEPS
- Grind in the blender dried apricots, add orange juice and orange zest and make balls.
- Then roll in the pistachios.
- Place in the refrigerator for one hour.
