INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup WALNUT PIECES, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, Pecans
- 1 tablespoon HONEY
- 1/3 cup MEDJOOL DATES
- 1 tablespoon Carob Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon VANILLA
- Pinch Sea Salt
STEPS
- Chop nuts into a small chunks.
- Soften dates in a mortar into a paste.
- Combine nuts and date paste with vanilla, carob cocoa, honey, and salt and roll the dough into balls.
- Cool for one hour.
