INGREDIENTS
MIX
- 1 cup RAW ALMONDS
- 1 cup DATE PASTE
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
ADD
- 3 tablespoons GOJI BERRIES
- 2 tablespoons Cacao Nibs
- 1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1/2 teaspoon CINNAMON
STEPS
- Place walnuts in a food processor. Blend nuts into small pieces.
- Pit dates. Process cranberries and dates with walnut pieces.
- Make a ball out of the Cranberio “dough”.
- Split “dough” into smaller balls.
- Shape balls into bars.
